Retrun Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at

• All the sales are final. We dont accept any Return or Exchange for any purchase made from ASHOKASANITATION.CO. We request you to verify the design and quantity properly before placing the order.

• If in any stage it is found that we delivered different product than the one ordered by you, then please call our customer care to report the issue. We will make sure that your designated order is delivered to you. No refund would be made , unless there is shortage of the tiles ordered by you. In that case our Customer Care representative will contact you for reviewing your order.  If eligible for return then item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the items are damaged beyond it can be sold , we won’t be able to make the refunds.  We will immediately take action to arrange the right order for you once we get back the wrongly delivered consignment back to us. We request you to give us a time of 2-3 working days to rectify our order.
